Refund policy

At ASL, each piece is made to order and tailored to individual customer requirements and sizes. 
For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item due to a production fault, you may be eligible for a refund equivalent to the value of the item.

To request a return based on a production defect, customers must contact ASL within 3 days of receiving the order at info@aslofficial.com, providing clear details and images of the product and the issue.

All returned items must be sent back in their original, unused condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.

Once the returned item is received, it will be carefully inspected. We will notify you via email within 10 business days regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Please note that cancellations are not permitted once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed.

For Gifts, Accessories, and Kidswear, refunds or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
